Plan Guide:
The Website Maintenance plan covers all basic websites that do not involve direct buying or selling of products or services on the site. Websites that handle transactions for products or services fall under the e-commerce category. For advanced website types, such as property listings or resorts, a custom maintenance plan may be required.
Work Terms:
Any features not utilized during the month of your purchased plan will not roll over to the following month.
Maintenance Privacy:
If you wish to make changes to any part of your website while we are managing it, please notify us beforehand. This helps maintain core security. Any unauthorized plugins or modifications will be removed as soon as they are detected.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available after 24 hours, as maintenance work is considered to have begun.
Important Note:
We may include additional minor features, design improvements, or fixes free of charge during maintenance. However, not all these extra features will be itemized in reports.
